WHO WE ARE

We are a family business that has a long tradition of food elaboration. We keep the artisan processes of elaboration, we cut and clean by hand the ingredients and we cook them slowly to get an authentic taste. We have preserved many of the traditional recipes, but we also like to evolve them, incorporating our ingredients, getting more authentic and personal flavors.
